Pair of cylindrical "Space Age" pendants - Lita, 1967

Magnificent and rare pair of pendants (suspensions) produced by the famous French house Lita in 1967 (model reference 5046). With a distinctly Space Age and modernist aesthetic, these lights feature a cylindrical structure with slats/circular deflectors made of matte black lacquered sheet metal with a white interior, allowing for a superb indirect light that is warm and non-glare. Original label from the publisher 'Pendentif Lita 5046' still present inside the structure. Condition: Good vintage condition for their age (1967). Some superficial signs of oxidation inside on the edges and the screws (see photos), which do not detract from the graphic charm of this pair.
