The beni m'guild rug comes from a large berber tribe which was previously called: the aït oumalou. These are thick rugs that have been designed to protect against harsh winters and the cold climate of the moroccan middle atlas mountains. It is characterized by the use of a set of geometric patterns. There are tribal symbols woven onto a colorful base.
