This String wall-mounted bookcase with three teak wood shelves and two black lacquered metal ladders is in excellent condition. By Swedish designer Nils Strinning. 1950s-1960s. With a sleek design, it presents a flexible, lightweight and easy-to-carry system. An iconic element of Scandinavian design. Solid wood is extremely strong and supports heavy books of all sizes. The space between the shelves is adjustable for large books. Some age-related scratches (barely noticeable) but no missing parts. No cracks. The wood is shiny.
