Salt and pepper shakers in faience from the Tenera series by Danish artist Inge-Lise Koefoed (1939-) for Aluminia, a series created from 1958 by Nils Thorsson (1898-1975). The salt shaker is marked underneath with "582" for the decoration created by Inge-Lise Koefoed, "2957" for the shape created in 1961 by Inge-Lise Koefoed, and her signature. The pepper shaker is marked underneath with "583" for the decoration created by Inge-Lise Koefoed, "2957" for the shape created in 1961 by Inge-Lise Koefoed, and her signature. Both have the inscription "Denmark"; the year of production is not specified, but it can be placed between 1961 and 1969. They are presented in their original box. The original rubber stoppers have been replaced with new silicone stoppers.
