Freestanding vintage bookshelf designed by Olof Pira for Planmöbel, 1960s

Freestanding vintage bookshelf designed by Olof Pira in the 1960s. This is a rarer version and was manufactured by the German company Planmöbel. The rack has shelves on both sides, making it ideal as a room divider. The furniture consists of: - 2 metal side supports in anthracite grey - 12 narrow teak veneered shelves with brackets (90 cm wide x 20 cm deep) The whole is in good vintage condition with normal signs of use. These consist of light stains and scratches here and there on the wood and minimal damage to the veneer. The metal side panels have been repainted in anthracite grey.
