Pair of curule armchairs in Empire style, 19th century. Superb pair of curule armchairs in carved wood with cream highlights and gilding. Empire/neoclassical style work, late 19th – early 20th century. Very beautiful decorative presence. Seats and backs reupholstered in an elegant contemporary fabric. Antique condition with normal wear, some visible cracks due to age (see photos), stable and very decorative set. Ideal for a country house, private hotel, chic classic or contemporary decoration.
