A pair of bedside tables with clean lines featuring striking vertical wood grain and contrasting black glass tops. This set of two nightstands was designed by František Mezulánik for Nový Domov in Czechoslovakia in the 1970s. They can also serve as small chests of drawers. Made from ash veneer with black glass tops. Each piece has a drawer and a lower storage compartment. The set is in very good vintage condition, showing light wear consistent with age. Dimensions (cm): Height: 66, Width: 55, Depth: 34. Weight: approximately 30 kg (estimated, for the set). Suitable as bedside tables or compact storage units in a living room, particularly in mid-century or minimalist style interiors.
