Wall or ceiling light in gilded brass in the shape of a flower. This is an iconic piece of Hollywood Regency style, characterised by its botanical motifs and bright golden finish. It was designed by Belgian designer Willy Daro for Massive Lighting, Belgium, during the 1970s. Its textured gilded brass structure consists of six overlapping and rotating brass leaves around a central socket intended to hold a bulb. It is suggested to use a gold-tipped bulb to achieve a reflective effect. The light is then diffuse and projects shadows on the walls or ceiling. This model also features a pull switch for an additional manual on/off option if needed. Condition: Structure in good condition. Some small marks/traces on the brass. Details photographed. Dimensions: Wingspan 37cm. Height: 1cm. Bulb (not supplied) to use: E27! Screw-in.
