Golden metal floral appliqués, Italy 1970
Very beautiful pair of Italian wall sconces from the 1970s, in the style of Maison Jansen's creations. Entirely made of gilded metal, they are distinguished by their delicate floral decoration composed of finely crafted leaves and subtly patinated. Their superb patina with golden and brown hues gives them a sculptural charm and a particularly elegant presence. In the centre, the gilded bulb completes the ensemble and provides a warm light once the sconces are lit. A typical piece of seventies aesthetics, both decorative, graphic, and precious, which will fit well in a contemporary interior as well as in a more eclectic decor. Italy, 1970s. Patinated gilded metal. Diameter: 35 cm. Height: 19 cm. Bulbs included. Sold as a pair.
