Villeroy & Boch Mettlach celadon and gold oval dish

Villeroy & boch mettlach fine earthenware oval serving platter from the 1950s. Ivory white clay, celadon rim and gold trim. Gently ruffled edge. Stamped (green stamp): "villeroy & boch / mettlach / made in france-saar economic union / o". In very good condition: no damage, no signs of use (scratches, stains, rubbing, etc.), gilding slightly worn in places (see detail photos). Dimensions: length 36 cm, width 23.5 cm, height 3.5 cm.
