Contemporary Portuguese Raku Ceramic Bowl - Brutalist Studio Pottery

A sophisticated contemporary studio ceramic centerpiece bowl, handcrafted in Portugal using traditional Raku firing techniques. This unique artisan piece stands out due to its striking contrast between the rustic, highly tactile dark body and the glossy, crackled interior glaze. The interior is decorated with a minimalist, expressive wave pattern. The exterior body displays fine, vertical incised lines creating an organic, volcano-like silhouette that rests safely on a low pedestal foot. The base is clearly signed with the Portuguese potter's mark, confirming its authentic studio origin. A perfect addition to minimalist, brutalist, or mid-century modern interiors looking for textured European craft.
