Parisian wardrobe with compass feet

1950s fir and plywood wardrobe mounted on compass legs. Completely restored by a cabinetmaker, stripped and painted cappuccino on the outside and sage green on the inside, chalk paint in two coats plus matte fixative for everyday use, the finish is washable. The locks, which were too damaged, were replaced with mechanical latches for a smooth closing. 1950s aluminum handles salvaged from another piece of furniture. Left compartment as a wardrobe, right compartment 4 removable but non-adjustable shelves. The compass legs remained unfinished.
