Charming double porcelain server, consisting of two bowls joined by an elegant central handle, richly decorated in a very fashionable Orientalist style at the end of the 19th century. Each bowl features a delicate hand-painted polychrome floral decoration, inspired by Asian porcelain, on a white background. The wide reddish-brown rim is abundantly adorned with multicoloured flowers and highlighted by fine golden accents, still well-preserved. The scalloped edges, pierced with small decorative openings, add great finesse to the whole piece. The underside bears a green underglaze workshop mark, attributable to a French production from the late 19th to early 20th century, likely from the Parisian workshops known as Porcelaine de Paris. A decorative object as elegant as it is functional, this server will find its place on both a refined table and in a display cabinet or a characterful interior. Dimensions: Length: 28.5 cm.
