Pair of louvered furniture by Klaus Vogt for Thut Möbel, circa 1970.

Pair of storage units with jalousie designed by Klaus Vogt for Thut Möbel, in Switzerland, around 1970. Compact in size, they feature rounded profile sides and a completely closed front with a sliding curtain made of fine wooden slats. The jalousie follows the upper curve of the unit and retracts to reveal an interior fitted with white laminate shelves and an upper compartment. This closing system allows for complete access to the storage without the need for door swing, a principle characteristic of Klaus Vogt's research into functional and space-saving furniture. Edition: Thut Möbel, Switzerland. Switzerland, around 1970. Vintage condition, generally good condition, with some signs of use consistent with age.
