Charles & Ray Eames chair DCM for Herman Miller USA 1953

Dining Chair (occasional Chair) Charles & Ray Eames, produced by Herman Miller in March 1953. This 2nd generation DCM has a stamped manufacturing date ("3 53"), the original patent sticker and "DCM" stamped on the underside of the seat. These first copies have solid steel frames, rather than newer models supplied with tube frames, so they are heavier and stronger. In good condition, with a beautiful patina and an outfit adapted to the age (see photos), proportional to the age of 65 years. The Chair is not damaged, the rubber dampers are still good, the seat and backrest have bumps and scratches on the edges and the blackened frame of scratches and scratches on the paint. All this adds to the look and history of this beautiful Chair.
