Pair of Les Arcs chairs

Pair of solid pine chairs, resting on four rectangular section legs connected together by two side uprights and a central spacer. Seat made of two wooden planks convex towards the center. The chairs have the top of the back slightly tilted towards the rear and made up of two horizontal crosspieces slightly rounded to match the shape of the back, supported by two side uprights. Furniture made in the 1960s. Dimensions: Chair: Height 79 cm x 43 cm wide x 43 cm deep; Seat height 45 cm. Stool: Height 45 cm x 42.5 cm wide x 36.5 cm deep Chairs from the furniture of the “La Cascade” residence in the Savoyard ski resort Les Arcs, in the village resort Les Arcs 1600. Numerous traces of wear but the robustness of these chairs is intact.
