Le Corbusier B9 armchair by Thonet 1925

Thonet armchair, the authentic “B9”, or “Le Corbusier”… We will not elaborate on the known history of this seat but will simply point out the perfect state of symmetry of this example, the photos in the axis say a lot. Seat in excellent condition, beautiful ''walnut'' patina - Under organic shellac gum. The thermoformed wooden seat is original (No. 208), good condition. Diameter: 47 cm, Total width: 53 cm, Seat height: 47 cm, Total height: 77 cm Label on the back of the seat. This seat was produced between 1922 and 1928. More photos and information on request.
