Maison Hediard Paris, tea box

Rare and very large old metal tea box vermilion and black, with a location to put a label indicating the contents. Black hediard. It was used in the hediard shops (deli and catering, notably place de la madeleine in paris) to store tea for retail sale. Dimensions: about 23 X 21 cm. It's an ideal storage box to use in both a bathroom and a kitchen.
