Scandinavian teak bookcase, 1960s

Teak wood bookcase featuring adjustable shelves and upper open compartments. Swedish manufacture, 1960s. Produced in Sweden in the 1960s, this bookcase is entirely crafted from teak wood. The structure features a vertical design divided into two distinct sections: the lower part is fitted with a wooden back panel, while the two upper compartments are open-backed. All intermediate shelves can be repositioned in height thanks to an internal system of holes and metal pins, allowing for flexible space management. The main body of the piece is supported by a base with four square-section solid wood legs, connected by perimetral stretchers. Good condition. It may show signs of age.
