Vintage Scandinavian design commode from the 1950s.

Beautiful 1950s chest of drawers, featuring remarkable grain in its drawers and tapered legs. The oak wood has been completely stripped of the orange varnish that covered it, then nourished with a bio-sourced protective oil. The bottoms of the four drawers - which slide perfectly - have been lined with high-quality wallpaper featuring shell patterns. The original round handles have been cleaned and retained. A retro piece with timeless lines. NB: this item is an antique sold second-hand and artisanally restored. It naturally shows irregularities as well as signs of age and use. This is precisely what gives it charm and a unique character. In particular, on this chest of drawers: The veneer on the drawers has some small, old缺损 (see photographs), The top has a small discreet snag and a very slight rounded mark on the bottom right (see photographs).
