Large round wicker laundry basket

This large basket has a truly original shape with its pretty curves and flared base. It will be perfect for holding laundry in the bathroom but can also be used for many other purposes: toys in a child's bedroom, shoes in the hallway, knitting and sewing projects in progress... I found it like this but it seems to me that the handles were added later in its life, in any case the wicker used is not the same. Perhaps it had a lid at one time... Impossible to give it an age, but it is in good condition, the wicker weave is still very solid, few broken or damaged strands, the handles are well secured. I found a single woodworm hole in which I injected white vinegar (this is my natural method to replace chemical insecticide). It measures approximately 48 cm in maximum diameter, 36 cm in diameter at the opening, approximately 60 cm in width including handles and 39 cm in height.
