Vintage white tulip stool by Eero Saarinen for Knoll International

This famous tulip stool was designed by eero saarinen in 1956 originally for knoll, new york. The model was designed primarily as a stool to match the tulip dining tables and chairs and features the soft lines of modernism. The piece was experimental for its time, today it is considered a classic of industrial design. The base is made of cast aluminum powder-coated in white. condition: in very good vintage condition. The textile cushion is in excellent condition, without stains, odors, marks. The tulip base is in very good condition, note a barely visible mini tear on the edge.
