Antique Japanese arts and crafts low plant stand or side table, ca 1895

A very rare low plant stand that also is suitable as a low side table. This antique japanese hand carved piece of arts and crafts furniture is most likely made for liberty london ca 1895-1910. These pieces are always numbered as they were sent dissasembled from japan to the uk / europe and were put together when they reached the harbors. It has had some honest repairs on the bottom as can be seen in the pics and is in a vintage condition but still a very rare pice to come by.
