This vase illustrates léon pointu's talent for high-fire enamels, giving each piece a unique character. The off-white and beige crackled glaze drips on a deep green background provide a striking contrast, typical of Puisaye ceramics, famous for their robustness and craftsmanship. The lower part has a subtle gradient from a soft olive green to a deeper slate gray. Then, moving upwards, we discover an off-white or light beige crackled glaze that has settled and run, creating organic patterns.
