Dollhouse furniture and accessories

Wooden dollhouse made by a craftsman, with some wooden furniture as well. On the ground floor, behind the stairs, there is a shower and toilet (plastic) next to the outdoor bench. Kitchen area next to it. The part including the pool and lawn folds at the intersection with the interior, allowing the house to be closed and placed against a wall, thus reducing the space occupied. I am selling the whole set, including many items such as furniture, accessories, and figurines. Lots of vintage items of good quality. Price includes everything. It is possible to purchase just the house; please consult me. A small repair is needed on the first floor, by the balcony, where a window frame needs to be re-glued (I am not on site). Collection possible in Paris, but currently in Seine-et-Marne. Collection only in 77178 and in Paris only, no shipping or transport (bad experience).
