Knoll International office chair by Richard Sapper, 1980

This sapper office chair is in excellent condition and made of black leather. The chair rests on a solid black metal frame with smooth-running castors. The height adjustment works perfectly and offers a seat height of 52 to 65 cm. The leather shows minimal signs of wear. This office chair also has a tilt function. The design was awarded the Federal Good Form Award in 1982. The furniture manufacturer knoll was founded in 1865 and produced high-quality and at the same time avant-garde furniture from the beginning. In the 1920s, they were one of the most important supporters of the bauhaus and founded the knoll furniture company in new york in the late 1930s. The german designer richard sapper cooperated with knoll from 1979 and designed this office chair in the 1980s.
