Serving dish in cork or couasse

Also called "fauco", couasse is traditionally used to serve bouillabaisse, aioli and fish dishes in the var. It is a serving dish, it allows to highlight food and decorate the table, for fruits and vegetables, cheeses or decoration. You should know that cork is waterproof and does not absorb liquids or odors. No maintenance required, simple cleaning with (soapy) water after use. This couasse dates from the 70s 80s and is in great condition, the cork is beautiful. 📐 75x35cm.
