Pastel, Art Deco period signed and dated

Very beautiful pastel of a. Art deco era. Signed and dated painting lower right. Signature to be identified and date not very legible (1919?) Framed and under glass, it is in good general condition. The frame is made of wood and the back is clean. There is a small halo at the bottom left in the corner (see photo). A small hook allows you to hang it.
