This desk in Altuglas and smoked glass, designed by Marcello Gacita and Pierre Tiberi and produced by Roche Bobois in the 1970s, embodies a minimalist, futuristic, and elegant design. Its transparency and the use of modern materials give it lightness and refinement, allowing it to easily integrate into various spaces, even at the centre of a room. Completely disassembled and polished, the trestles have regained their brightness, and the fittings are impeccable (they are often rusty), with no cracks or chips to report. The top shows minor signs of use and a chip at the back and underneath that has been re-glued (3cm, no missing piece). The whole is in superb condition, as shown in the photos 😊. Roche Bobois catalogue from the period featuring this desk on the cover. The Castelli chair shown on the same cover as well as in my photos is also for sale. Dimensions: H75 X W150 X D70 cm.
