Art Deco silver and steel carving set L and H

Silver and steel leg of lamb carving set, Let H. Art Deco decoration: two medallions on the handles, each featuring finely carved fruit and ribs. The fork has a retractable spigot to securely hold the meat. The blade and fork are made of steel (labeled "acier garanti") for food use. They are branded L and H, which stands for Simon L and Georges H. Rogers Company. This is an American brand created in 1900 in Hartford, Connecticut. This cutlery was created at that time and a copy is in the Brookling Museum. The steel of the knife is aged (see photo).
