A piece of history... This superb page comes from an antiphonary (liturgical book) from the 17th century! A true collection of scores of gregorian chants, handwritten on vellum paper in black ink with magnificent red and blue illuminations. In its wooden display frame with double glass sides, you will find on the front a christmas song "puernatus est nobis" (a child is born) and on the back a communion song "exsulta filia sion"... A museum piece! Good condition. H: 72 / 84 cm l: 49 / 59.5 cm d: 5.5 cm.
