Abstract Art Ceramic Surfboard Bowl Dish from Perignem Studio, Belgium, 1960s

Vintage Midcentury Abstract Art Ceramic Surfboard-shaped bowl dish from the Perignem Studios, made in Belgium in the 1960s. Rogier Vandeweghe was the most famous artist from this pottery studio in Belgium, also known under the Amphora name. This surfboard model bowl/dish features matte glazes in brown, orange, beige, and black colors with an abstract design. It has no markings on the bottom but retains a remnant of a sticker. The piece is in very good condition and measures 2.5 cm X 42 cm X 9.5 cm.
