Vintage 1975 pine wood table

Very pretty vintage pine wood dining table made by rené martin, cabinetmaker and collaborator of charlotte perriand for the les arcs furniture project. Designed in solid pine wood, this sturdy table is typical of the chalet style with its log legs. Its rustic lines are directly inspired by charlotte perriand's furniture for les arcs. René martin designed and made this one in his workshop in 1975 for les allues, in the méribel resort. The major asset of this vintage wooden table: it can go from 140 cm long to 240 cm thanks to its two extensions! That is to say a maximum capacity of 10 people. Note some traces of wear on the top.
