Beautiful antique oak bonnetière, typical of 19th-century rural furniture. This model features a single richly moulded door in a regional Louis XV style, with a thick oak front and a perfectly preserved warm patina. The interior offers three wooden shelves, ideal for linen, crockery, storage baskets, or decorative use. At the bottom, a large original carved drawer adds extra storage space. The construction is traditional, with mortise and tenon joints, and authentic old fittings. The lock is present but requires a minor revision; the door currently closes with the old latch visible in the photos. A characterful, robust, authentic, and perfectly stable piece of furniture, ideal for a country house, a gîte, a rustic chic interior, or even a shop.
