Signed Vallauris coffee service

Rare ceramic coffee service Vallauris 1950, signed by Humbert Pittari; It consists of 5 coffee cups of a deep green and pigmented burgundy inside, with their saucers. It is complemented by a milk pot and a beautiful sugar bowl and its lid. The copper oxide colours for green and iron oxide for brown, the tail-shaped cup sins and the geometric/primitive decorations are quite reminiscent of the creations of the Robert Picault, contemporary and neighbour. Beautiful condition apart from a small shrapnel on the edge of one of the cups and visible in the photo.
