1960s vintage Danish teak dining armchair model 56 by Niels Otto Møller

Beautiful Danish Model 56 armchair designed by Niels Otto Møller and produced by J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik during the 1960s. Crafted in solid teak, the chair features Møller’s characteristic sculptural lines, elegant proportions and beautifully shaped armrests. The refined frame is complemented by a Danish paper cord seat. The chair is in very good vintage condition and has been professionally fitted with new Danish paper cord. The newly woven seat provides excellent strength and stability, ensuring the chair is ready for many more years of everyday use. An excellent example of classic Danish craftsmanship, combining sculptural elegance, natural materials and timeless functionality.
