Pair of bronze bookends – Art Deco Horses

A pair of bronze bookends featuring horse heads, in an Art Deco style with stylised and graphic lines. Beautiful sculptural presence, with a dark bronze patina and gilded highlights that accentuate the details. Circa 1930. Superb patina. A decorative and functional pair, ideal for a bookshelf, console, or desk. In very good condition. A tiny chip on the ear, visible in the photos.
