Mercury paint parrot service tray?

Wooden back serving tray, silver metal frame and cuffs. The most interesting is the tray itself, glass, it is painted by hand inside the glass, forming a parrot, which has faded gently over time. In the background, it would seem to be a brushed mercury work, conferring shine and relief.
