Bauhaus chair by Robert Slezak, 1930s

A very rare chair produced by Robert Slezak circa 1930/1940. The Slezak workshops were renowned for their production of tubular furniture since the early 1930s, and notably worked for Thonet. This chair is directly reminiscent of the famous Marcel Breuer chair. The chair is in its original condition, with some deterioration of the chrome, but it nevertheless remains a magnificent decorative piece... and perhaps even a museum piece?
