RARE vase by designer Joseph Hospodka produced in the 1970s. Purple colour. It measures 10 centimetres at its base and has a height of 41 centimetres, weighing 2 kilos 604 grams. In excellent vintage condition, apart from tiny, imperceptible scratches under the base. Signed by the glassworks of Chřibská, Czechoslovakia. Josef Hospodka, the most well-known designer of the company, joined the factory and became chief designer at Borske Sklo and Chřibská from 1958 to 1970. During this period, Hospodka designed some of the brand's most iconic shapes, with their organic and sculptural lines. Their popularity was such that they remained in production until the factory's closure. The photos accurately reflect the reality of what you are buying and receiving.
