Chrome-Plated Bar Stools Typ Cesca, Italy, 1970s

This set of four Cesca-style bar stools is based on a 1928 design by Marcel Breuer. Manufactured in the 1970s, the chrome frame is in very good original condition and has been cleaned and polished. The joinery has been professionally restored; the beech wood has been cleaned of its old surface, painted with oak stain, and finished with a strong semi-matte varnish. The rattan mesh has been replaced with new material.
