Space Age pepper mill from 1960 in silver-plated metal, 1970.

Style alert! Silver-plated pepper mill, made in France, 1970. Tapered roll shape topped with a screw cap, perfect proportions. A tiny, unreadable hallmark for me. The great beauty of a rather heavy utilitarian object, both luxurious and futuristic, simplistic yet terribly sophisticated. Note the minute traces on the lid. Large capacity. Height of the body 15cm, total height 17cm, diameter 5cm. When you know, you know.
