Pair of Italian bedside tables in Venetian style

Magnificent pair of bedside tables with a typically Venetian old-world charm. 1950s-70s. These two pieces are made of carved wood, hand-lacquered in cream, gold, and patinated green tones, with a gold leaf finish that gives them a beautiful shine. Numerous floral patterns and arabesques, with finely chiselled details. Each piece rests on four curved legs, in a very elegant baroque style. Each bedside table has 2 drawers that open easily.
