Robert Goossens' coffee table for Coco Chanel. A classic of French design from the 70s. This beautiful table designed by Goossens for Chanel is simply beautiful. Its base is made of gold metal imitating tied wheat sheaves and its oval glass tray. Goossens was reputed to be the favourite goldsmith of Picasso and Yves Saint Laurent and collaborated with key names in fashion, design and painting.
