Lamp signed Muller Frères multi-layer glass paste forged base in the style of Brandt

Lamp composed of a multi-layer glass paste shade with floral decoration, signed Muller Frères. The glass features acid-etched cameo work on an opaline background, in contrasting tones of black, blue, and white. The wrought iron base, resting on four spherical feet, is crafted in a hammered and ribbed style, evoking the creations of the Nancy school, in the style of Brandt. The whole is fully in keeping with the Art Nouveau aesthetic, combining artistic glasswork and artistic ironwork.
