Majestic solid walnut mantelpiece that can accommodate a mirror. Embellished with two small drawers (solid oak interior with handcrafted dovetail joints), the entire piece has been restored and naturally refinished for a classic effect to highlight the various carvings. There are no drawer knobs; some moldings may have been lost over time and mishandling, but the workmanship remains artisanal.
