Set of 5 bowls / lemmi sicilian blue white terracotta

5 russian doll-style bowls to use separately or together... Depending on your desire or appetite! They are inspired by traditional sicilian lemmi. Designed in different sizes, the lemmo was used daily in the kitchen, to knead, mix food and condiments, serve pasta and salads at the table. The lemmi is a conical bowl with a flat bottom, typical of sicilian ceramic production and the entire mediterranean. Our lemmi are made of terracotta with finishes suitable for food use. Mix of patterns: giclée painting and plain parts. The 5 bowls fit inside each other (pyramid storage) dimensions of the 5 bowls: diameters 18 cm, 16 cm, 14 cm, 12 cm, 10 cm. Heights 8 cm, 7.5 cm, 7 cm, 6 cm, 5 cm. The lemmi are made in collaboration with gentilgesto, sicilian ceramicists.
