Set of 3 modernist chairs, Maison Rex, France 1940

Set of 3 tubular metal chairs with molded bakelite seat and backrest, yellow and black. Signed by Maison Rex under the seat. This factory from the first half of the twentieth century notably collaborated with Louis Vuitton and René Herbst. There is a chip on the lower edge of one chair (photographed), and there is patina on the chrome.
