A small vintage teak chest of drawers, made in Denmark in the 1960s. It features three drawers with integrated solid teak sculptural handles and stands on tapered, detachable legs. The top has slightly protruding edges (raised sides), forming a subtle framed detail. Overall dimensions: Height: 69 cm Width: 62 cm Depth: 29 cm. The drawers have a clean, minimalist front with gently rounded edges and a horizontal recessed grip that runs along the upper part of each drawer. This creates a handle-less look typical for Danish mid-century design while ensuring comfortable use. The piece is practical and versatile. It can be used as a small chest in an entrance hall, a bedside cabinet, or a side table. Additional dimensions: drawers height: 8 cm. Ground clearance: 30 cm. The chest has been restored. The drawers are clean and open smoothly. The wood has been cleaned and finished with Danish oil to protect and enhance the teak veneer. Minor signs of age remain, consistent with normal use and the piece’s age. Overall, it is in excellent vintage condition.
