Old workshop stool in steel and beech

An old stool with a simple and timeless silhouette, artisanally restored while respecting its materials and signs of age. The metal structure has been carefully sanded and then intentionally left raw to preserve its nuances, signs of use, and irregularities. It has been protected with an anti-rust treatment followed by a transparent matte varnish to stabilise the material without altering its patinated appearance. The beech seat has been re-glued to restore its strength and stability, then nourished with linseed oil to preserve and reveal the natural beauty of the wood.
